Shipping Methods and Order Processing

• All orders require 1-3 business days processing before shipping.
• UPS Shipping timeframes do not include the lushLYFE.com order processing time.
• UPS Ground - 5 to 7 business days.
• UPS 3Day - 3 business days.
• UPS 2Day - 2 business days.
• For HI and AK customers, UPS can only ship via 2Day, and the shipping time will not be guaranteed. Therefore, lushLYFE.com will default to and charge for 2Day air.
• PR orders will default to UPS's International Economy shipping method and shoppers will be charged accordingly at checkout. UPS only offers 2Day service to HI and AK. If you have selected UPS Saver as your preferred shipping option and attempt to checkout, the shipping method will default to 2Day and you will subsequently be charged accordingly.
• No deliveries will be made on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
• lushLYFE.com does not guarantee same day shipping.
• lushLYFE.com does not offer International/Canadian shipping options at this time.
• All orders shipped within IL will be charged sales tax.
• Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

• lushLYFE.com offers our customers a 14-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases.
• Merchandise must be unused and returned in the original product packaging and original shipping package.

Returns and Refunds

• All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date for a refund.
• These terms apply to all refunds. Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
• Customers must inform lushlyfe.com of any order discrepancy or damage within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
• All returns must include the original product packaing and must be sent in the orignial shipping containers to avoid product damage.
